The Urban Collaborative, as part of the Atkins-Urban Collaborative Joint Venture, was awarded an FY16 Master Planning Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC); USACE Europe District; Contract No. W912GB-16-R-0016. The contract has a one-year base ordering period with four option years and a program amount of $9.5M. Contract will support master planning within the Europe District’s Assigned Mission AOR. Two tasks have been awarded under this contract, to include preparation of DD 1391s for European Reassurance Initiative (ERI) projects and to Prepare Real Property Master Planning Guidance Documents related to sustainability, resiliency and land use.
As a member of the Leidos team on the Architect and Engineer Services for Master Planning Support; Contract No. W9126G-14-D-0014, Fort Worth District, the Urban Collaborative was awarded a task for Joint Base San Antonio Fort Sam Houston: Main Street and Corporate District ADPs and ADEPs. In addition, under the same contract, a task order to provide master planning services at MACS Iwakuni was also awarded.
As a member on the Gulf South Research Corporation (GSRC) team on the Indefinite Delivery Contract for AE Services for the Regional Acquisition Environmental Tools (REAT), South Atlantic Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to Provide Environmental Support to Military, Civil, and Federal Agencies; Contract No. W91278-16-D-0004, the Urban Collaborative was awarded a task order for Master Planning – Area Development Plan and Customer Concept Documents, US Army Garrison, Miami, FL.
The Urban Collaborative, as part of the Onyx-Urban Collaborative Joint Venture, was recently awarded an Architect-Engineer Services IDIQ Contract, Facility Planning Services; NAVFAC Southwest; Contract No. N62473-16-D-1846. The contract has a one-year base ordering period with four option years and a program amount of $30.0 M. Contract will support facility planning documentation and sustainable master planning primarily in California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah and also the NAVFAC Atlantic AOR.
As a member on the Louis Berger-Aerostar JV team on the Indefinite Delivery Contract for AE Services for the Regional Acquisition Environmental Tools (REAT), South Atlantic Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to Provide Environmental Support to Military, Civil, and Federal Agencies; Contract No. W91278-16-D-0065, the Urban Collaborative was awarded a task order to update PROSPECT Courses for HQUSACE.
Through a CH2M contract with NASA, the Urban Collaborative was tasked to update several Area Development Plans and Sustainability Component Plans for Johnson Space Center.
