Director of Architecture, Senior Architect

Mr. Holt has been with The Urban Collaborative since 2017 and has led numerous planning efforts for Department of Defense clients in Europe and Asia. Marc has over a decade of overseas architecture and construction experience. As a senior architect, three of his team’s projects were given the Honor Award, the highest distinction by the 2018 Federal Planning Awards Division of the American Planning Association: Installation Management Command Lodge Project Definition Reports and Programming documents for the Installation Management Command Lodge Program (2020), The US Army Garrison Bavaria Housing Area Development Plans in Bavaria, Germany (2018), and Customer Concept Documents for Marine Corps Air Station, Iwakuni, Japan (2017).
