Lillian Tompkins

Junior Planner and Architectural Designer

Lillian earned her Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon and is currently pursuing architectural licensure in the state of Oregon.

Lillian’s academic and professional interests converge in urban design, a passion solidified through a formative study abroad experience, where she explored sustainable city-making from an international perspective. She brings a strong commitment to inclusive, environmentally responsible design and is particularly interested in how thoughtful planning and design can foster healthier, more equitable, and resilient communities.

Outside of her professional work, Lillian enjoys reading, painting, dancing, and spending time outdoors. She also loves rock climbing and caring for animals on her family’s farm. Whether in the studio or in the field, she brings curiosity, creativity, and care to everything she does.
