Jessica Kelly

Assistant Planner, Architectural Designer

Ms. Kelly has been working in architectural design, planning, and strategic facility planning for the public and private sector since 2012.  She has participated in large projects across the United States, Europe, and Asia, from customer concept documents to full scale installation development plans. Jessica has served as primary and contributing author to numerous area development plans, master plans, technical plans, and architectural designs. Prior to joining The Urban Collaborative, Ms. Kelly worked in Kansas City in a firm that focused on laboratory and educational design and facility planning. Her focus is evidence-based participatory design that fosters efficient and effective solutions for users.

Jessica holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Kansas.  She is a LEED Accredited Professional for Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD&C) and is working towards becoming a registered architect through the Architectural Registration Exam (ARE) process.
