Jessica Kelly, LEED AP BD+C

Planner + Architectural Designer

Jessica Kelly has been working in architectural design, planning, and strategic facility planning for the public and private sectors since 2012. She began her career at a laboratory and educational design firm before joining The Urban Collaborative in 2017. As a Project Manager, Planner, and Architectural Designer, Jessica has contributed to and led several large projects across the United States, Europe, and Asia, ranging from customer concept documents to comprehensive installation development plans.

Jessica has served as both a primary and contributing author for numerous area development plans, master plans, technical plans, and architectural designs. Her commitment to thoughtful, strategic solutions has made her an integral member of The Urban Collaborative team.

Jessica holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Kansas. She is a LEED Accredited Professional for Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD&C) and is actively pursuing architectural licensure through the Architectural Registration Exam (ARE) process. Her expertise and dedication reflect her passion for creating innovative, sustainable, and impactful designs.
