Greg is a certified planner and cost estimator with 25 years of experience in project management, spanning planning, design, and construction for federal facilities and infrastructure projects. His expertise includes on-site technical and program management support, with a specialization in Department of Defense airfield, airspace, aviation, community, environmental, installation, operational, and range-related planning and programming. He has also provided on-site support to the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Energy, Installations and Environment), Marine Corps Installations Command, and Marine Corps Forces Pacific.

Greg is well-versed in Unified Facilities Criteria documents related to planning, design, construction, and sustainment. He has completed recent training in Micro-Computer Aided Cost Estimating System/MII Cost Estimate Software, the Department of Defense Master Planning Institute, and courses offered by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering. He is proficient in planning and programming tools, including the Parametric Cost Estimating System, the Navy Internet Navy Facilities Assets Data Store and Electronic Project Generator, and the Army Programming, Administration, and Execution System.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Allegheny College and a Master of Science in Geography with a focus on Urban and Regional Planning from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. An active member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, he also participates in professional organizations such as the American Planning Association and the Society of American Military Engineers. Since joining The Urban Collaborative in 2020, Greg has contributed his extensive knowledge and skills to support the firm’s planning and programming initiatives.
