Gregory Dorn
Senior Planner, Military Programmer
Mr. Dorn is a certified planner and programmer with over 20 years of experience that includes project management from planning through design and construction for federal facilities and infrastructure projects, and on-site technical and program management support. He has specialized experience in Department of Defense airfield, airspace, aviation, community, environmental, installation, operational, and range related planning and programming. Greg has also provided on-site support for the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Energy, Installations and Environment), Marine Corps Installations Command, and Marine Corps Force Pacific.
Mr. Dorn is familiar with Unified Facilities Criteria documents for planning, design, construction, and sustainment. Recent training includes Micro-Computer Aided Cost Estimating System/MII Cost Estimate Software and Department of Defense Master Planning Institute classes. He is proficient at other planning and programming centric tools and applications including the Parametric Cost Estimating System, the Navy Internet Navy Facilities Assets Data Store and Electronic Project Generator, and Army Programming, Administration and Execution System.
Greg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Allegheny College and a Master of Science degree in Geography with a focus on Urban and Regional Planning from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and is active in professional organizations including the American Planning Association and the Society of American Military Engineers.
