Ms. Lyda is currently in the Bachelor of Architecture program at the University of Oregon and is planning on graduating in June of 2023. Amanda is interested in sustainable and equitable design that is inviting for all users and tries to include these elements to address not only the baseline needs, but finding a way to give back to the users of whatever project she has worked on while in school. She is interested in how to design cities to support community needs and encourage the use of public spaces. Her growing knowledge of design programs such as Revit, Adobe, Enscape, and CAD helps her express specific design decisions. Amanda is working towards pursuing her architectural license in the state of Oregon.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys baking, spending time with family, and traveling when she can. She enjoys seeing how different cities are created and how they create different dynamics.
